How does Light Infractions work?

A verbal warning leading to a warning will be handed to a member who has broken light infractions.

How do Medium Infractions work?

A warning to a mute duration from 12 hours to 1 day is handed to a member who has continuously neglected the rules and broken multiple medium infractions.

How does Heavy Infractions work?

A mute duration of 1 day or more is handed to a member who has neglected rules and broken a heavy infraction. Unlike other infractions, heavy infractions offer no verbal warn(s) and result in a 1-day mute or longer.

Warns and Bans

• You will be muted for a week if you receive more than 4 warns, regardless if they are from light or medium infractions.
• You will be banned from the server for a month if you receive more than 8 warnings.
• You can appeal in the support server after time passes.
• Some bans may not be appealable depending on severity.
• All rules apply to voice channels and images.

Light Infractions

• Ignoring channel rules - Verbal warn first, 1 warn
• Toxicity - Verbal warn first, 1 warn
• Spamming and flooding - Verbal warn first, 1 warn
• Spamming empty tickets in support server - Verbal warn first, 1 warn and 1 week mute in support server
• Role harassment - Verbal warn first, 1 warn

Medium Infractions

• Excessive arguing - Verbal warn first, 1 warn, and 1 hour mute
• Inappropriate profile nicknames/profile pictures - Verbal warn first, 1 warn, and muted until changed
• Edgy Humor - Warn + 1 hour mute
• Sexual Topics - Warn + 12 hour mute
• Harassment - Warn + 1 day mute
• Homophobia - Warn + 1 day mute
• Slurs - Warn + 1 day mute
• Sexism - Warn + 1 day mute
• Lying in tickets - Warn + blacklisted from future ticket creation

Heavy Infractions

• Intending (non-jokingly) Death Threats - Warn + 1 day mute
• Sexual Harassment - Warn + 3 day mute
• Racism - Warn + 3 day mute
• Pedophilia Jokes - Warn + 4 day mute
• Gore - Warn + 7 day mute
• Nudity - Warn + 7 day mute
• Fake Doxxing - Warn + 3 Day mute
• Scamming - Warn + 3 Day mute and Ban in-game
• Blackmailing - Warn + 7 Day mute to a Ban

Instant Bans

• Pedophilia
• Nuke or raid
• Self-promoting
• Cross-trading
• Cybercrimes (i.e doxxing, phishing links)
• Alting to evade punishments

False Reporting

False reporting someone can lead between a warn to a 2 day mute.
